I've tried the big T-shirt route myself but found that the shirt kind of
billows up around me in the water and doesn't stay over the back of my legs
as much as I'd like to avoid sunburn back there. You are right, the skins
don't cost much and they roll up into a little ball for packing. I usually
just stuff mine inside a water shoe or dive booty and then into my bag.
