as a MS sufferer..the heat is an ass kicker also, but the heat/humidty
is near deadly to some of us. i have found in several trips to
jamaica..that the cooling breezes on the beach..esp around negril, i am
more comfortable than here in ohio in the summer. could just be beach
attitude helps.
