You can book El Gran Porto Real as either All Inclusive or European
Plan. I use a Travel Agent as they have the clout to negotiate
excellent prices. If on the other hand you don't mind roughing it, at
Punta Bete is Coco's Cabaņas which goes for under $ 60.00 per night.
It's real basic, I mean real basic. No A/C, Electricity, sand floors,
and solar heated hot water in your bathroom.
I like Porto Real, but friends have stayed at Las Palapas, El Toucan,
Casa Freud, and El Pharo and enjoyed their stay. These are all EP
places, with the usual amenities.
