If you read their policy before you hit the "accept" button and pay
for the room then you have no reason to complain. They have strict
policies and stick to them. Last winter I made airline reservations
and then toyed with the idea of changing the departure date. Of course
it was going to be a big penalty so I didn't do it. But I wasn't
surprised or angry with them for this. The only probelm I had with
them was being on hold for 20 minutes before speaking with someone at
customer service.
