My first reaction to that was how hilarious. Then I realised it
depends on the situation - police seemed to ignore those standing
around at Sumfest concerts with a huge spliff. They certaintly
didn't ignore a lot of cars at other times, road blocks constantly,
day and night. Especially if there was a Rasta in the car (though not
just then), which always ended with physical body searches. Even my
cigarettes would get a heavy bit of attention initially :-(
