Re: Ivan Impact on Aruba? Posted on: Sun, 19 Sep 2004 00:44:53 -0400

After a rather "anxious" trip from the airport we arrived safely at our
hotel and everything was fine. De Palm failed to send out a "scout", so our
bus driver pioneered his way around a number of road blocks. We were
disheartened when we passd the Mill to find it submerged in 4 foot of water.
Fortunately the Allegro was virtually untouched. Some mild beach erosion
and lots of smelly seaweed washed up, but nothing that negatively impacted
our trip.

We had a great week!
