US Possesions you will be able to go to without any legal hassle more than
going from one state to another. (What about the Florida Keys?)
There may be other places/other countries which are only a little hassle,
but US Possesions are a slam dunk, as it were.
In another post you said you were an electrician. That's a good skill, but
be forewarned that skilled professions don't make as much there as in the
continental US. And I believe (not sure) unemployment is higher.
(Puerto Rico and the USVI, I mean. Don't know about Hawaii)
