Are you sure it's not 30%???

Now I am being nasty with your ignorance. It's true that unemployment
rates in Germany and France are higher than in the US, but they are
not 20%, not 15%, nor even 11%. Still, an unemployed in France or
Germany is probably better off than an employed in the US. Social
Security has its costs but also its advantages.
