The place I recommend is http://www.rendezvousbay.com/. You can have a room
right on the beach. You can easily fly to St. Martin, then either take a
short flight on WinAir, or a taxi and ferry over to Anguilla.

Oops. No good for you. No pool. Maybe some other place on Anguilla?
