Yes. Best thing you can do is buy one of the phone-cards at a shop and use
them. Which can be difficult as well, as many of the pay-phones don't
accept these cards, so it's best to use it right at the shop where you buy
it. But on the airport itself you probably don't have any chance to get a
phone-card :-(
