The psychology of this tracking methodology is at play here, Captain. In
many countries, your included, you can surreptitiously aplly a GPS tracking
device to your teenagers automobile. Now that device not only tracks but it
tells speed and distance, etc.
The idea that parents would track their children is not the issue. The
issue is that they track them and do not tell them. These very same parents
go white in the face when they are informed over discussions like the one
we are having here. Well, golly, gee whiz, you're doing the very same thing
to your kids. In effect, they are self justifying a police state mentality.

You may have to cut a whole in your shirt/blouse to do that. many times
these tags are sewn into and not stitched on top of the garment. you don't
even know they are there.
