As in most of the caribbean, there are both old people and
physically/mentally disabled people though. And treatment of
those isn't always stellar. [A few years ago on MNI they were
debating whether or not to still refer to them as 'lunatics',
and a dentist refused to have a clinic near his office since
people don't want to 'catch it'.
