On Saba they don't give you hotel keys. They tell you that you can lock the
door when you are inside, but to leave it unlocked when you leave. This is
the only place I've visited that I wasn't given a key.

While I had a key on St. Barts, crime there is also very low. I passed the
lumber yard. There was a pile of tropical hardwood just sitting there near
the road. No attempt to safeguard it.
