No chance. The hijackers entered the country with legitimate passports that
had been scrutinized by the government prior to the issuance of their visas.
The problem was with intelligence, not with identifying people.
The reason people care is that people don't want to be tracked in everything
they do. Not because they are up to something nefarious, but simply because
it's nobody's business.
