Hey dufus,
Hawaii is a state. Puerto Rico is a territory. Yeah, I'd expect them to be
like the "U.S.".
We've been to Costa Rica 5 times in the last 8 years. Beautiful country.
The U.S. isn't invading the country. You stupid tourists are. And don't
forget the rich (Tico) families that control Costa Rica keeping the general
population poor.
