Those are proved reserve tables. A few things to remember: Cuba is tiny,
most of the proved reserves are shallow salt domes already being pumped,
nobody has done deep seismic, the deep gulf proven fields extend into
Cuban waters, the last thing you should do is rely on the CIA for Cuban
information :-)
