Thank you, I'll head over to that site because I do want to get the word
out. When I made my reservations I was given the category, confirmation
number, the deck the cabins were on, details on where the cabins were
located and everything; however, after the 100% cancellation date
passed, I received an e-ticket with a different category, different
deck, different cabin numbers and different location on the ship. I was
not given my Crown and Anchor discount for being a previous cruiser with
Royal Caribbean even though I asked for it. I have contacted the
company several times and have been given a different explanation by the
agent each time we talk - it appears to be whatever he can think of at
the time. As you can tell I'm very frustrated and disappointed in the
services I have received. After staying on hold approximately 20
minutes, I spoke to a manager last night and was told the ship is
completely booked so I can either cancel and get a 50% refund or accept
what they have done to me. Is it just me or does this seem to be a fair
company to do business with??
