You are probably right about what actually happened, but the agency is
unwilling to do anything but give a $25 on board credit - not much in my
opinion! An alternative cruise, a discount on a future cruise or
something of that nature seems to me to be more appropriate rather than
a take it or lose 50% of your purchase price attitude. Thank you for
your comments. I'm glad your situation turned out better and the
company you worked with was willing to pay the difference.
