When I was on Isla Margarita, I stayed at Hotel Miragua. It's not far to
the beach (maybe 3 minutes to walk), the rooms are nice and clean. They do
have a small pool, and most rooms are in some kind of bungalows (small
houses in a garden with 2 rooms each). Very relaxed athmosphere and not one
of them big concrete-resorts.

I can't comment on the room-prices, as I did book it as a package-tour
together with the flight and it was a few years ago.
