Apologies for short notice - may be useful for anyone considering going
to D/ca.

Dear Colleagues

American Airlines has released their fall sale to the Caribbean. The
following are the special airfares to Dominica from select cities:

Please circulate as widely as possible to ensure that persons willing
to travel to Dominica within the period in question can have access to
the above fares. It would also be a good idea if the following
information can be loaded onto respective Websites so as to allow
persons who might be considering a trip to Dominica within the valid
time period to be aware of the special fares.

These special airfares are only valid if booked before October 11, 2006
and as such it is important that the information is sent out ASAP.
Travel must be completed before December 15, 2006.

Fall Sale Terms & Conditions
Fares shown are for round-trip Economy Class travel purchased on
AA.com, and are in U.S. dollars. Fares shown are valid for travel
Monday through Thursday; other travel days are available at additional
cost. Fares are subject to change without notice. International fares
are subject to government approval.

Fares do not include (a) a federal excise tax of $3.30 per U.S.
domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing, of a
passenger's itinerary; (b) up to $18 per round trip in local airport
charges; and (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement
originating at a U.S. airport, up to $5 per one way or $10 per round
trip. For international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands
destinations, government taxes and fees of up to $160, varying by
destination, are not included and may vary slightly depending on
currency exchange rates at the time of purchase.

Tickets must be purchased at least 7 days prior to departure or within
1 day of making reservations, whichever comes first but no later than
11:59 p.m. October 11, 2006 (CDT).

Fares are valid for travel through December 15, 2006.

Travel is not valid from the United States November 17-22, 2006 or to
the United States November 24-27, 2006 except for travel between
Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico which is not valid November 17-22 or
24-27, 2006.

A 2-day minimum stay is required, and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

Advertised fares are valid only on American Airlines, American Eagle,
and American Connection and do not apply to other code share flights.
Seats are limited. Fares may not be available on all flights. Schedules
are subject to change without notice.

Fares are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Changes to your ticket may
be made if you meet the restrictions of the new fare and pay up to a
$100 fee plus any fare difference. Changes must be made before your
flight departs. When ticketed flights are cancelled prior to departure
time, the ticket will be valid for one year from the date of issue on
an unused ticket or one year from travel origination on a partially
used ticket. If you do not cancel your flight before departure time,
the ticket has no value.

A portion or all travel booked on American Airlines may be operated by
American Eagle or American Connection. American Eagle is operated by
American Eagle Airlines, Inc., or Executive Airlines, Inc., which are
wholly owned by AMR Corporation, the parent company of American
Airlines. American Connection service is operated by one of the
following independent contractors: Trans States Airlines, Inc.,
Chautauqua Airlines, Inc. or Regions Air, Inc. American Eagle and
American Connection are registered trademarks of American Airlines,
Inc.

Tickets may also be obtained (and changes may be made to tickets
purchased from sources other than American Airlines, such as travel
agents, online third-party web sites and other airlines) through an
American Airlines Telephone Reservations Office for an additional $10,
or at an American Airlines Travel Center or Airport Ticket Office for
an additional $15.
