My wife and I have visited this island and this beach-side inn for
over 10 years now. We usually stay for 3 weeks at a time.
I cannot speak to your "Le Cordon Bleu quality" fetish, as neither my
wife nor I are impressed with that scene. But, Anguilla does have a
number of 'upscale' restaurants -- whose thresholds - save for one - we
have never crossed.
