It will be fully documented in November. Enjoy your delusions that
your positions are not being rejected by 80% of the electorate in the
meantime.

The Democrats are turning out in the primaries at two to one over
Republicans. That two thirds of the electorate isn't voting for
conservatives. The remaining one third that has gone to the polls has
voted more than 60% against the candidates of conservatism and the
religious right. Huckabee is no conservative and so his votes must be
counted with McCain's, Clinton's and Obama's. Iow, something like 10%
of the primary voting electorate, including nearly three quarters of
the GOP primary voters cast votes for centrist and liberal candidates.

The greed and selfishness of conservatism has resulted in it's own
implosion. I do not expect it to recover in under a decade.
