Im from Chicago and am living in Brazil, Northeast, Fortaleza City.
And what i see here is a crazy real estate boom and the locals are
calling it the foreign invasion...lol
There are so many beautiful beaches here that this boom would have to
last 15 - 20 years to construct on each and evryone of them.
Many of my friends, clients and family members have bought these types
of properties, especially off-plan pre-construction units for
investments, second vacation stress buster homes villas and retirement
properties which makes me say this...
We have direct flights from Miami. It is mostly the Europeans that are
taking advantage of this great steady climate with no
earthquakes,tornadoes, hurricanes or other Acts of God & Nature
(tsunami)etc.....
Another thing, the cost of living is low and doing business in Brazil
has never been better for us (Foreigners).
