The ships and crew are great. There are a few rough spots in addition
to what has already been highlighted. The food is good but he buffets
are fair. Boarding and debarkation are excellent. Cabin service on our
trip was fair at best. The Butler showed up exactly twice on a 12 day
trip. First day and next to last for tip insurance. The Cruise
Director was fair at best. Port tours were a total rip off, do your own
and save money plus see what you want. A big negative was the lack of
security. Scanners were not even plugged in to power.
