You will find that you probably agreed to this.
Rather than file the dispute, why didn't you simply call your TA and ask?
I suspect the extra money is due to fuel increases.
You could cancel the cruise if you wanted to, or just pay it instead of
thinking everyone is out to rip you off.
Oh yeah.. Just because you are paranoid, it doesn't mean everyone isn't
