Are they in that order? Because the rule is that a non-U.S. ship can
not go between two U.S. ports without stopping in between at a foreign
port, and Port Canaveral to Miami is two US ports. Either the Private
Island (which is in the Bahamas) or Nassau would count as a foreign
port I think.
