That's a long tow. The SS United States is closer, I think. There may be
other hulks locally available.

I was thinking that it would be a really bad thing if they still needed it
by the time it could arrive but, given the destruction of housing, it will
probably take a long time to rebuild. Maybe a ship that arrives in 3 weeks
will be most welcome. Maybe a ship that arrives next June will get put to
use.

So, yeah, not too bad an idea.
