You would think a year and a half would be plenty of time. It just
means I won't bother renewing mine until December instead of next
week.
I know a lot of congresscritters and the prez were surprised to see
that provision in the bill. I guess the reading ability of the US
government (regardless of party) reflects that of the US as a whole.
