Okay, I will bite.

If you and your family were in New Orleans last week with no food to
eat, no clean water to drink, no place to urinate or defecate, what
exactly are the routes you would have taken to
quench your thirst, to feed your family, to survive in such a chaotic
and life threatening situation?

And do not answer that you would have made preparations beforehand.

The question again is, if you were in that exact same situation with NO
water, NO food, nothing but the clothes on your back what are the routes
available to insure you and your family's survival?
