Re: RCCL WiFi - was Mariner of the Seas question Posted on: Mon, 05 Sep 2005 15:41:24 EDT

We just returned from the Adventure of the Seas. I purchased the
wireless package for $50 for 150 minutes of use. Though they say that
the Wifi is only available in selected areas of the ship, such as the
library, the Windjammer Cafe etc, I was able to get a good clear
signal from our cabin (which was a Promenade view inside cabin). The
speed was not cable modem level, but I was very satisfied. I would
guess it was about 128kbps.
