You have stated in numerous posts in this thread that the people in New
Orleans who participated in looting hads other routes available to them.
I asked you before and I will continue asking you WHAT OTHER ROUTES DID
THEY HAVE AVAILABLE OTHER THAN RESORTING TO TAKING FOOR AND WATER TO
KEEP THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILY ALIVE?
