Hi Jeff,

Yes & the trains are quite reasonable, quick, and reliable depending
on your amount of luggage. This is how I get to Dover or Southampton.
Most cruise lines also offer a shuttle from the cruise hotel if you
are booking your pre-cruise hotel through the cruise line. You can
get a day of cruise transfer from Heathrow from your cruise line if
you are staying in a hotel near Heathrow.
