I would never expect anyone at my table to offer me their wine. I
don't drink much, so I would probably decline if they did. However,
when I have sailed in the past, I usually had a bottle of champagne or
some sort of wine waiting in my cabin upon boarding from my travel
agent. I have always offered it to the entire table when I have it
opened. I think it's entirely up to you.
