I'm in total agreement with June, as well. I also cruise solo and enjoy
wine with dinner. It's no problem saving the bottle for the next night,
and I've never felt that sharing my bottle was expected by the rest of
the table. On one cruise, several at the table had received champagne
from TAs or somethig, so a few nights, we did start the meal with
champagne all around. I don't love champagne (one glass is plenty), so
I'm happy to have a table to share it with, if I get a bottle as a
gift.

Enjoy your wine!
