I understand; I have been fortunate not to have had your experience of
living in a drug area.
But I have lived in Puerto Rico for three years and can relate my own
personal experiences...In fact, when we lived there in the 60's, there were
not as many bars on the windows as there are now...But then, this is more
common everywhere now days, sadly.
