They have an indoor surfing set-up at the Kalahari indoor waterpark in
Wisconsin Dells, WI that looks exactly like this. You can surf or body
surf on it. 50,000 gal/min. is a bit much for me. It's all padded but
it still looks like you could get a super-wedgie from it. They keep a
couple of lifeguards close by but I see a lot of kids and grown-ups
having a great time with it. Here's a link.
