Stretched ship are better than any, since the cruise company can correct
any mistake or shortcomings made in original ship.
If it was shy on HVAC capacity add a Chiller.
If it was shy electric power add a generator.
If it was shy cabins add cabins.
If it was shy crew cabins add those or add laundry or refrigeration space or
Kitchen space.
Most ships as built are not effected by length, the speed sometimes even
increases without adding engine power.
The added fuel or water tanks improve the range and or storage capacity.
