Rich, Get your facts before you state things you know nothing about.
Here are the facts.
Time Share Unit Cost - $4500/unit
Ocean Front 2 Bedrooms, sleeps six.
Daily Maid Service
Bonus Week Every Year in White Season
Deeded ownership (mine or who ever I leave
it to in my will)
Yearly maint. fees $265/unit

I paid cash for these units so each week only cost me $265 per year to
stay in. That is the ONLY cost each year. You can't stay 2 nights in
a nice resort in peak season for $265. Not to mention a bonus week
every year for FREE. What kind of cruise can you go on for $265 a year
and include 5 other people?

If you are paying other fees its only because you didn't do your
homework. Resales are every where and for all types of reasons so don't
state that Timeshares are a fraud. Thats at stupid stupid statement.

You yourself admitted twice that you only went on the tour to get the
"free gift". Just because you were upfront about it doesn't make you
all less of a MOOCH!!
