Perhaps you were lucky and had Patrick's Daughter-In-Law, process your
claim;-) ....I too used my RB Gold Card, on the last cruise, but I
thought the card only covers the first 2,500. ...I know I had to buy
additional RB coverage in order to cover the 3,000 balance of the trip.

What pisses me off with my claim, is that it is the first one I have
ever filed, and I've had the gold card (and paid or it -- not to mention
the interest they've made from me) for nearly 20 years. ...The amount
of my claim is insignificant. ...What gets my ire up is the underhanded
crookedness they've tried to pull since I've filed my claim. ...Jon
