Add a colonoscopy, prostate exam (for men), and bloodwork (with lipid
profile and c-reactive protein tests) to that list.

And don't wait until you're 50 for the colonoscopy. A guy at work has just
had colon cancer surgery and he's in his mid 40's. Colon cancer is the one
cancer that's totally 100% preventable. The only way to get it is from
polyps. And you have 5 years to remove polyps before they become cancerous.
So you can totally prevent colon cancer.
