How about American Eagle and similar ships that cruise the ICW. I
think I've seen Caribbean Queen and one with Nantucket in the name.
I'm pretty sure that American Eagle is US flagged and has a US crew
(I've talked to some of them.) And also I saw a ship going into Lake
Worth inlet called Palm Beach Princess which is probably NOT US
flagged.
