We have had Princess Personal Choice on at least 5 cruises and I would not
go back to traditional. We really enjoy the option of eating when hungry,
rather than the set time. And we never have a problem getting a table for
two. AND contrary to what others have said, the service has been as good if
not better in our opinion. We have found that we can control the pace of
the dinner by simply saying we want need to eat quickly to make a show, OR
slowly enjoying cocktails, etc. With fixed seating, you tend to be at the
mercy of the kitchen and the need to clear the tables for the next fixed
seating.
