It could be legit.... the LV Hilton is an "older" property. I stayed there
about 10 years ago and there aren't too many places left which date back to
then. They've been doing a lot of work on it, so the idea of trying to
get people to come makes sense to me.
Possibly the "best" way for you to judge this would be to compare it with
you present level of comps in NJ.
