I don't know how many hours they can change it but they might not have
an earlier flight. I just booked a flight to San Juan and the three
airlines from here each one only had one flight a day to San Juan that
got there in the early afternoon. San Juan is not like flying to
Florida where there are lots of flights. That is why most sailings
depart late.
