John,

Some hopefully constructive criticism from a webmaster:

1) Under Construction graphics are not professional - remove it - its
understood. If it doesn't work yet, don't put it on the site. Create a
test area to stage and test your pages before release.
2) To be a professional on the web, use a professional email address -
if your domain is shiptoshorecruise.com, your email should be
john@shiptoshorecruise.com not something at sprynet.....
3) Why is your 800# not prominently displayed? I would call a company
with an 800# before I make a long distance call.
4) Besides the non-functional Pick a Cruise button, and the phone
number and contact us links, I saw no obvious call to action for anyone
to fill out a form to get a price from you.
5) Are you incorporated? Are you a member of the Better Business
Bureau? Do you carry E&O insurance? Do you comply with Seller of
Traveler laws?
6) I see the note re: "affiliate of: Advantage Travel Partners", but no
link to them - how do I get more info on them? (I was able to find this
info via a google search)

Just some thoughts....

-Joe
