I sailed Veendam out of Tampa for a Western Caribbean. My only
complaint about the food was: "So many choices, so little room in my
stomach".
While there are some variations, most HAL ships have about the same
layout. If you've been on one it's fairly easy to get around on another.
The only thing I don't like about HAL ships is the Dutch Night menu.
But that has been phased out on some ships.
