Ouch! Question do you do this because you like your wine cold (I aways tend
to chill my white wines) or is the favour to strong and you want to tone it
down, And yes I have had a few that could be improved with ice myself?

If anyone raises any flack, point out you invented the wine-cooler drink
before it was hip.
