Hi Tom,

You are correct. If someone should book through any agency (online or
not), the booking belongs to the original booking agency. The
original agency must give it's permission for any other agency to take
over the booking. IOW the agency could refuse or charge a fee for
their efforts. This is why I said the only clean way to handle this
is to book direct with Princess.
