Ray,
Oh I know. Once something is in place it rarely goes back to the norm,
only escalates.
Just wondering why they didn't have this from the get go?
Big corporations put a spin on everything like they are doing the
consumer a favor.
Maybe there are some people who actually believe their rhetoric.
