New Pre-Purchase Program Debuts for Princess' Alaska Lodge Excursions
Convenient New Program Helps Cruisetour Guests Plan Ahead

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (April 6, 2006) - For the first time, Alaska
cruisetour passengers can take advantage of an opportunity to
pre-purchase land excursions offered by Princess' wilderness lodges.
This convenient new program enables travelers to leave home feeling
confident that every last detail of their vacation is finalized.

"Whether they choose to soar over Mt. McKinley, explore the historic
Kennicott Mines or enjoy the challenge of a fishing expedition, our
guests can now assure themselves a spot on the perfect tour long
before their trip," said Charlie Ball, president of Princess Tours.

This exclusive program frees up valuable vacation time as visitors can
make all their arrangements at home instead of at the lodge, and
eliminates the worry about sold-out excursions so that travelers can
relax and enjoy their time in Princess' luxury wilderness lodges.

Passengers on cruisetours will receive personalized tour reservation
forms with their pre-cruise documents, which will indicate the closing
date for tour reservations. These order forms can be mailed or faxed
to Princess Tours, and tour purchases can be refunded up to 14 days
prior to the cruisetour departure date.

Along with this new program six new Optional Land Excursions debut
this season, offering passengers even more choices to pre-purchase.
New tours include an Alaska Adventure Walking Tour in Denali; the
opportunity to visit the seldom-seen Devil's Gorge or tour the kennels
of a World Champion musher from Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness
Lodge; or two new fishing expeditions and a river walk from the Copper
River Princess Wilderness Lodge.

Princess' Optional Land Excursion program includes 92 tours offered by
the company's five exclusive wilderness lodges - Denali Princess
Wilderness Lodge, Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, Kenai
Princess Wilderness Lodge, Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge and
Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge.

Lodge stays are featured on the line's more than 20 cruisetour
options, offering a complete land/sea exploration of the "Great Land."
In total, Princess will offer 122 departures on seven ships, offering
a variety of experiences on vessels that range from 1,590 passengers
to 2,670 passengers. Travelers can choose from a Gulf of Alaska cruise
or cruisetour or round-trip Inside Passage sailings from Seattle and
San Francisco.

Many of the company's cruisetours feature the exclusive new Direct to
the Wilderness rail service that debuted to rave reviews last year.
This industry first features trains ready and waiting right at the
Whittier dock to whisk passengers directly to Princess' two Denali
park-area lodges. And Princess remains the only company to offer
Alaska's two most popular attractions - Denali National Park and
Glacier Bay - on every cruisetour.
